Job Title: Data Modeling Techniques & Methodologies Engineer
Department: Data & Analytics
Location: On-site in Cebu City
Work Shift: Shifting
Salary: Up to 140K
Role Summary
The Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining data models that support analytics, reporting, and integration across enterprise systems. The role involves applying advanced modeling methods, ensuring data integrity and scalability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business rules into efficient and structured data frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive discussions with client teams to understand business requirements, develop data Models that fit the requirements
- Drive Discovery activities and design workshops with clients and support design discussions
- Create Data Modeling deliverables and get sign-off
- Develop the solution blueprint and scoping, do an estimation for delivery project.
Skills & Experience
- Overall IT experience (No of years) - 7+ years
- Data Modeling Experience - 3+ years
- Data modeling experience in Dimensional Modeling and/or 3-NF modeling/No-SQL DB modeling
- Should have experience in Cloud DB Design work
- Conversant with Modern Data Platform
- Work Experience on data transformation and analytic projects, Understanding of DWH.
- Instrumental in DB design through all stages of Data Modeling
- Experience in at least one leading Data Modeling Tools e.g. Erwin, ER Studio or equivalent
Educational Qualification:
• B.E. or B.Tech is a Must
• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

- How many years of experience in Data Modeling do you have?
- Do you have experience in Data modeling, Dimensional Modeling, 3-NF modeling/No-SQL DB modeling?
- Do you have experience with at least one Cloud DB Design work?
- Rate your skills in Modern Data Platform, from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest.
- Do you have at least one leading Data Modeling Tools e.g. Erwin, ER Studio or equivalent?
- How much is your last drawn salary?
- How much is your salary expectation?
- Are you amenable to working onsite in Cebu with a shifting schedule?
