Job Title: DATA PLATFORM ENGINEER – SALESFORCE CRM ANALYTICS
Work Setup: Onsite – Manila

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Engineer with expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of data platform components while ensuring seamless integration across systems and data models.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the design and development of data platform components and architecture.
Support the development of data platform blueprints and ensure alignment with overall technical requirements.
Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
Analyze and optimize complex data flows to improve platform performance and accessibility.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Collaborate with and help manage the team to achieve project objectives.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
Provide solutions to technical challenges affecting the immediate team and other teams.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing to improve team productivity and performance.
Support the development and implementation of best practices within the team.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving challenges during project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve data platform issues efficiently.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data platform architecture.
Experience with data modeling and maintaining data quality across multiple systems.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their operational frameworks.
Ability to analyze complex data flows and optimize platform performance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- The candidate should have a minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
