Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Engineer – Salesforce CRM Analytics to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of data platform components.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Integration Architects, Data Architects, and multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across systems, consistent data models, and efficient data flow. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Salesforce CRM Analytics and comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions while supporting team collaboration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce CRM Analytics and data platform technologies.
Collaborate with architects and multiple teams on data platform design and implementation.
Contribute to data platform blueprints, architecture, and component design.
Support team decisions and provide technical solutions to complex data platform challenges.
Design and support data integration processes across multiple systems.
Develop and maintain effective data models while ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Analyze complex data flows and identify opportunities to improve platform performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data platform and integration issues efficiently.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and effective communication across team members.
Support the implementation of data platform best practices and standards.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical challenges during execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the data platform environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Strong understanding of data integration techniques and platform architecture.
Experience with data modeling and data quality management.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and operational frameworks.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand and optimize complex data flows.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Experience working in an SME or technical leadership capacity is an advantage.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to applicants who are currently based in the Philippines and already have the legal right to live and work in the country.
