ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring for multiple CSR accounts in Concentrix Davao - Retail, E-Commerce Retail Blended, and Hotel Reservation! Up to PHP 19.5K salary with regular employment.

Role: CSR - Retail, E-Commerce & Hotel Reservation

Location: Davao - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Davao | Regular Employment

Salary: Up to PHP 19,500

1. RETAIL ACCOUNT

- College Graduate - No BPO experience required - Fresh grads welcome!

- OR SHS Graduate with at least 3 months of BPO experience

2. E-COMMERCE RETAIL - Blended Account

- SHS Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience - BPO exp required

- OR SHS Graduate with 6 months customer-facing experience - CFE welcome

3. HOTEL RESERVATION ACCOUNT

- At least College Level with strictly 6 months BPO experience
