Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director – Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management) to lead end-to-end service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement for our Canadian Wealth Management portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Canadian Wealth Management operations, financial regulations, BPO delivery, and business transformation while driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end service delivery for Canadian Wealth Management operations, ensuring operational excellence and SLA compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
Identify business growth opportunities and support strategic account planning and client development initiatives.
Drive operational improvements, automation, and continuous transformation across delivery teams.
Manage portfolio financial performance, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Mentor and develop managers while driving talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with global teams and Communities of Practice to share best practices and innovation.
Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, governance standards, risk management, and data privacy requirements.
Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
Minimum 12 years of experience in BPO, consulting delivery, or operations leadership.
Extensive experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management operations.
Strong understanding of Canadian financial regulations, wealth platforms, and investment operations.
Experience managing North American clients within a global delivery environment.
Strong leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a Night Shift schedule.
