We're Hiring: Director Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management)

Location: Taguig City, Philippines (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: PHP 150,000 – 200,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Director Consulting Delivery (Canadian Wealth Management) to lead end-to-end service delivery, operational excellence, and client engagement for the Canadian Wealth Management portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, ensuring financial performance, and leading high-performing teams within a BPO/consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end service delivery while ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify business growth opportunities and support new client acquisition.
Manage portfolio financials, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L.
Optimize workforce utilization, operational efficiency, and cost management.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.
Mentor and develop managers while fostering a high-performance culture.
Support succession planning, leadership development, and talent management.
Collaborate with global teams and Communities of Practice to share best practices.
Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, governance standards, and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Business, Finance, or Management are an advantage.
12+ years of experience in BPO, consulting delivery, or operations leadership.
Extensive experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management, including investment operations, portfolio administration, client servicing, or regulatory reporting.
Strong understanding of Canadian financial regulations, wealth platforms, and market practices.
Experience managing North American clients in a multi-geography delivery model.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial management skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig on a Night Shift.
Must not be a current or former employee of CGI.
Stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
