*Job Summary:*

EXL Service Cebu is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial - Real Estate Account. This is a great opportunity for BPO professionals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking for a competitive compensation package, Day 1 HMO benefits, and long-term career growth in a global organization.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to financial and real estate services

- Assist with account management, property-related concerns, and service requests

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues

- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

- Achieve performance metrics for customer satisfaction and efficiency

*Requirements:*

- Educational Attainment: At least completed 2nd Year College / 72 units / Associate Degree

- Work Experience: At least 1 year of Call Center / BPO experience, preferably voice account

- Communication Skills: Good English communication skills, B1 High CEF Level and above

- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City, Cebu

- Must be willing to work shifting / night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic financial environment
