Location: Cebu City - Onsite (WFO)

Account: Life Insurance - Voice Account

Salary: PHP 15,000 - 23,000 Package

Setup: Onsite - Full-time

About the Role:

EXL Cebu is hiring Life Insurance CSRs! If you have at least 1 year of BPO voice experience, this is your chance to join a stable global insurance account and earn up to PHP 23,000 package.

What You'll Do:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Life Insurance account

- Provide accurate information on insurance policies and benefits

- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy

- Deliver high-quality customer service and satisfaction

- Comply with company policies and insurance compliance standards

Requirements:

- At least Senior High School Graduate or 2nd Year College Undergrad

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City

- Available to start ASAP
