SALARY: Up to 20% hike from last drawn basic salary + ₱2,400 Allowance + ₱40,000 Joining Bonus

Role Overview:
Join Project Wheel as a Financial Customer Service Representative! You will handle UK or US banking customers with inquiries related to loans, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, and other financial services, with a focus on motor financing.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
Assist with loan origination, banking transactions, and account concerns.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

HS Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, 2nd Year College Completed, or College Graduate – required.
1–2 years US or UK banking and telephony experience – required.
Experience from financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar – required.
Priority: Exposure to UK or US banking, with experience under the Loan Origination Process, especially Motor Financing .
