- Handle financial and insurance customer inquiries

- Provide account support and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Maintain quality and compliance standards

*Qualifications:*

- Completed at least 2nd Year College (Non-Negotiable)

- With Financial / Banking Background - REQUIRED

- At least 1 Year BPO Experience Required

- Good English Communication Skills

- Willing to Work Onsite in BGC Taguig

- Can Start ASAP
