Non-Negotiable / Required Qualifications

Industry Experience: 10+ years of domain experience in Trades or Fund Accounting / Asset Servicing.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a People Manager (ability to lead, motivate, and manage other managers).
Domain Expertise: Deep operational subject matter expertise in areas such as Reconciliations, Settlements, and Trade Support.

Position Description

As a Fund Accounting Trades – Vice President within the Fund Servicing team, you will manage the end-to-end workflow across the market trade lifecycle with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, operational resilience, and service delivery.

You will lead a high-performing Trades team responsible for reconciliations, exception management, metrics production, and timely daily processing and sign-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Resource Management: Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning, coaching, training, succession planning, and clear direction.
Daily Operations & Controls: Ensure daily controls and processing are completed and signed off, including break management, inquiry resolution, event management, and metrics production.
Risk & Escalation Management: Own department issues, escalate timely to operational and risk leadership, enforce strict adherence to policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Business Continuity & Crisis Management: Act as the focal point during crisis situations and issue planning; ensure business continuity and concentration plans are routinely tested and maintained.
Process Optimization & Governance: Validate high-threshold exceptions, identify process weaknesses, review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous operational improvements.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Represent the Global Trades team with internal/external clients, contributing to product strategy, business case development, and governance implementation.
