We’re currently looking for an experienced Group Lead to join a healthcare-focused team in Cebu.
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite during probation)
Location: Cebu City
Shift: Night shift (8PM – 5AM, weekends off)
Salary: Up to ₱68,000 package
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or healthcare-related field
- At least 5 years’ experience leading teams
- Experience in medical device complaints handling
- Background in BPO/healthcare is an advantage
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu (initially)
