HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Package: Up to ₱18,000+

Schedule: Shifting | Weekends & Holidays

Benefits: Day 1 HMO + Dependent HMO upon Regularization

Qualifications

College graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
OR completed 2 years in college (at least 72 units) with 12 months of any work experience
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Willing to work onsite

Compensation & Benefits

₱15,000 Basic Salary
₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance – upon hire
₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance – upon hire
20% Night Differential
HMO – Day 1
HMO for 1 Dependent upon regularization
