Job Description:
Teleperformance EDSA is urgently hiring for our Healthcare Account! Earn up to ₱31,000 package and start ASAP.

Responsibilities:
- Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information and quality customer service
- Assist customers with healthcare benefits, claims, and account concerns
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards

Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) - BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in EDSA
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
