Healthcare CSR & Medical Billing - Alldigitech Taguig - Up to 33K

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join Alldigitech Taguig for our Healthcare Accounts! We have 2 openings with salary up to PHP 33,000 depending on experience. Onsite in Taguig City.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- Salary package: PHP 20,000 - PHP 33,000

ACCOUNT 1: HEALTHCARE VOICE ACCOUNT

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle healthcare customer inquiries via voice

- Provide support and resolve issues efficiently

- Ensure excellent customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least SHS Graduate / HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- With at least 6 months International Voice BPO Experience

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig and shifting schedule

ACCOUNT 2: MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (RCM)

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle medical billing and RCM processes

- Explain billing concepts to customers clearly

- Manage sensitive healthcare information

- Resolve billing inquiries and issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

- With 1-2 years experience in Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM / Customer Support

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Can handle confidential information professionally

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
