URGENT HIRING – HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
At least 12 months Healthcare Account Experience in a BPO setting
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Willing to work on-site and in a shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist patients, members, and healthcare providers with inquiries and account concerns
• Handle healthcare-related concerns including benefits, claims, coverage, eligibility, and billing inquiries
• Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies
• Document customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of concerns
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality performance standards
