We're Hiring – Healthcare Team Lead | US Healthcare | Claims Processing | Insurance
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Team Lead to lead a high-performing operations team supporting US Healthcare, Insurance, Claims Processing, and US Benefits.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Healthcare BPO, Team Leadership, Operations Management, Performance Coaching, HIPAA Compliance, Claims Processing, and Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day Healthcare Operations and ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct team huddles, shift briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle escalations and resolve customer and operational issues effectively.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
Foster employee engagement and create a high-performance team culture.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience
