Role: Healthcare Voice Support - Iloilo Onsite

Location: Iloilo City - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule including Weekends & Holidays

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services via voice support

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently

- Document interactions accurately and maintain customer records

- Meet quality and performance targets and KPI metrics

- Work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

- College Graduates with at least 6 months work experience - Open to apply!

- Undergraduate: Completed at least 2 years in college / 72 units with 1 year BPO experience

- Customer service oriented with strong service mindset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office and internet navigation

- Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Must be willing to work onsite in Iloilo
