Handle customer inquiries for Audio Equipment, TV, and Financial accounts
Provide excellent customer service via voice channel
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Meet performance metrics and quality standards
Qualifications:
At least 6 months BPO International Voice experience
Good English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Bridgertowne, QC
Amenable to shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
