Account: Financial Account
Salary: PHP 18,000 to PHP 20,000 Salary Package
Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-Time
HGS Iloilo is hiring for Financial Account. Open for candidates with or without BPO experience. Earn PHP 18K to 20K while building your career with a leading global BPO company.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support for financial account customers
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with team members to deliver quality outcomes
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high customer satisfaction and CSAT
Meet performance metrics, KPIs, and quality standards
Qualifications:
High school graduate (old curriculum) / senior high school graduate / college graduate
With at least 1 year BPO experience
Good English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City
Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Can start ASAP
