Your Role:

Handle customer interactions in Cantonese and English across phone, chat, and email channels

Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information

Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems

Meet targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

Perform other related tasks as assigned

Who were looking for:

Fluent in Cantonese - Able to speak naturally, fluently, and spontaneously in a professional setting

Able to understand complex, extended conversations including implied meanings

Good conversational English - Training and systems are in English

Open to candidates with or without BPO experience - Freshers welcome

Background in Collections and knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

Open to non-Filipino applicants with valid Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)
