Customer Engagement Representative — Blended Non-Voice (Email & Chat)

Salary: Up to 24,000 (monthly package)

Overview
We’re hiring Customer Engagement Representatives to handle blended non-voice customer interactions (email and chat). You will deliver fast, accurate, and professional support while meeting quality and SLA targets.

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate when required
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ticketing system
• Meet productivity, quality and turnaround-time SLAs
• Follow company policies and escalation procedures
• Share feedback and help improve processes

Minimum qualifications

• High school graduate (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year BPO experience (non-voice or blended preferred)
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with chat/email platforms

Skills

• Excellent written communication and grammar
• Fast and accurate typing
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple chats/tickets concurrently
• Attention to detail and good organization
• Willingness to work varied shifts if required
