We are looking for skilled Customer Service Representatives to support our premier voice account. This onsite position requires handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
* College Graduate of any 4-year course.
* Exactly 6 to 17 months of BPO voice experience.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
* Amenable to work onsite in Taguig or Giga Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
