This is not a typical script-reading desk; you will actively orchestrate real-time solutions for intricate supply chain gridlocks.

You will manage critical tracking discrepancies, negotiate with global courier partners, and pacify high-value retail clients. If you can multitask across shipping manifests and order management software while keeping your cool, you belong on our team.

Core Accountabilities:

* Resolve delayed transit issues using proprietary live-tracking databases.

* Coordinate cross-docking adjustments with distribution hubs.

* Author clear, concise summaries of supply chain resolutions.
