We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Satellite TV & Entertainment Account Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients inquiring about satellite television and entertainment services.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding satellite TV and entertainment services
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving service-related issues
- Provide product recommendations and information on promotions and packages
- Process customer orders, payments, and account adjustments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college graduate
- Strictly with at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Salary: Up to P27,000, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
