HIRING: GLOBAL TRADE COMPLIANCE COUNSEL

Location: Mandaluyong

Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: Confidential – discussed during Job Offer

Start: ASAP / 30-day rendering accepted

Role:

Global Trade Compliance Counsel supporting international trade and export compliance across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role provides legal guidance on trade compliance matters, supports risk assessments and audits, and develops compliance policies, training, tools, and guidance materials.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate or comparable legal Master's degree

• Admitted lawyer / active Bar admission

• 3–5+ years of specific trade compliance law experience

• Strong knowledge of international trade and export controls, including U.S. export controls

• Experience with compliance programs, policies, internal controls, training, audits, investigations, and contracts

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills

• Able to provide clear and practical legal recommendations

• Fluent in English

• Chinese language skills are an advantage
