About the Role
As a Healthcare CSR, you will: • Assist patients and members with inquiries
• Provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism
• Work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
• Be part of a team that values care, patience, and communication
No medical background required — full training is provided.
Work Locations (Onsite – Nationwide)
Makati • BGC • Quezon City • Ortigas • Mandaluyong
Cebu • Davao • Iloilo • Bacolod • Cagayan de Oro
Cavite • Laguna • Pampanga • Batangas
…and other locations across the Philippines
Compensation & Benefits
• ₱26,000 – ₱34,000 monthly package
• HMO from Day 1
• Paid training
• Night differential (if applicable)
• 12 Vacation Leaves + 12 Sick Leaves

Qualifications
• At least 18 years old
• HS/SHS Graduate or College Level
• Basic English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Open to first-time BPO applicants and career shifters
