HIRING: WFM TEAM LEAD

Location: MOA
Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Up to ₱35K

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1–4 years WFM experience in Reporting, Scheduling, Forecasting, or Workforce Planning
• Current/former WFM Analyst, Reports Analyst, Reports Supervisor, or Team Lead
• BPO/Contact Center experience required
• Experience with WFM tools such as Verint, NICE, Aspect, or Genesys
• Strong Excel, reporting & data analysis skills
• Experience in staffing, scheduling & forecasting
• Leadership/team management experience
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
