Overview:

We are hiring Trainers for H&R Block Seasonal Account for Onsite setup in Sucat. This is a contractual position until end of April 2027. Open for candidates with BPO Training experience.

Important Note: Former employees of Teleperformance are not eligible for rehire, either directly or through a third party.

Job Details:

Role: Trainer - H&R Block Seasonal Account

Location: Sucat - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule

Employment Type: Contractual until end of April 2027

Salary: PHP 25,500 - 35,000 Basic + Up to PHP 2,500 Performance-Based Bonus

Headcount: Multiple

Responsibilities:

- Deliver training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, and course evaluations

- Coordinate training schedules based on training requirements

- Execute specialized projects and activities according to set principles

- Manage and oversee implementation of short-term activities within the team

- Improve day-to-day activities and processes within training

- Supervise work of less experienced professionals and provide professional expertise

- Manage a team of Individual Contributor co-workers and ensure professional excellence

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of Training Experience in the BPO Industry

- Minimum 2 years total experience in the BPO Industry

- Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies

- Demonstrated proficiency in English communication - oral and written

- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces

- Experience in instructional design or Learning and Development is a plus

- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools

- Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible
