Job Title : HR Payroll Manager | SAP Payroll | Hybrid | Taguig
Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Manager with expertise in SAP Payroll and end-to-end payroll processing to join our HR Shared Services team. The successful candidate will lead payroll operations, supervise payroll teams, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, and drive process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Lead payroll operations and supervise payroll specialists and payroll teams.
Oversee payroll audits, payroll reporting, and payroll compliance activities.
Perform Gross-to-Net payroll calculations and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Generate General Ledger (GL) payroll feeds and payroll reports.
Handle payroll escalations and resolve employee payroll concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government payroll regulations.
Drive payroll process improvements and operational excellence.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Mentor and develop payroll team members to achieve operational goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
7–8 years of experience in Payroll Processing, Payroll Operations, or Payroll Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading payroll teams.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll.
Experience managing end-to-end payroll for medium to large organizations.
Knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll reporting, payroll audits, and General Ledger reconciliation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig.
