TITLE: HR Payroll Team Lead/ HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist (CL9)

‎Salary budget: Associate - CL 9, estimate is 50K to 80K

‎Key Responsibilities

‎

‎• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time

‎• Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions

‎• Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations

‎• Lead and support the payroll team

‎• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues

‎

‎JOB QUALIFICATIONS

‎

‎• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)

‎• At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team

‎• SAP Payroll experience is not required but preferred

‎

‎Core Competencies:

‎

‎• Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure

‎• Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)

‎• Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management

‎• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

‎• Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills

‎• This position is based at the BGC Taguig office and the ideal candidate should be able to work on a hybrid
