We're looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Assoc Manager- SAP Payroll to oversee payroll operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. If you have strong SAP Payroll expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for process improvement, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do/Responsibilities

-Lead and support the payroll team while serving as the primary escalation point for payroll and customer concerns.
-Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for in-house and outsourced employees.
-Oversee payroll audits, reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements.
-Manage gross-to-net calculations, payroll validations, deductions, and post-payroll activities.
-Produce and distribute payroll to employee bank accounts.
-Generate General Ledger (GL) feeds and payroll reports.
-Coordinate vendor and government reporting requirements.
-Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve service levels, business goals, and contractual objectives.
