We are looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with a strong background in Payroll Operations, SAP Payroll, HR Shared Services, and People Management. In this leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing payroll team while partnering with key business stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.

Manage payroll operations, including gross-to-net calculations, payroll audits, reporting, and post-payroll activities.

Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll, team, and stakeholder concerns.

Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve service delivery goals and performance metrics.

Produce General Ledger (GL) feeds and ensure accurate payroll reporting.

Coordinate payroll data submission to banks, government agencies, and third-party vendors.

Coach, mentor, and develop payroll professionals while fostering a high-performance culture.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, company policies, and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

7–8 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.

At least 5 years of supervisory or people management experience.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (required).

Experience in Payroll Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Service Delivery, or Payroll Administration.

Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig on a day shift.
