Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with strong expertise in Payroll Processing and SAP Payroll. The ideal candidate will lead payroll operations, manage a team, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations.
Serve as the escalation point for payroll and customer-related issues.
Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.
Monitor team performance and support the development of team members.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including:
Payroll calculation (Gross-to-Net)
Payroll audits
Payroll reporting
General Ledger (GL) feed preparation
Employee salary disbursement
Post-payroll activities
Government and vendor reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational and business objectives.
Support strategic planning and payroll process optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7–8 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or team management experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work in a Hybrid setup in Taguig on a Day Shift.
