Work set up:
• Hybrid: 2 WFH & 3 RTO (Location: Manila (Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City)
Work shift: Night Shift

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree holding in information technology, computer science, engineering, or other related fields.
• Understands ServiceNow and HRSD processes. Background in other ServiceNow modules such as CMDB and ITSM would be an advantage.
• Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-End, API testing, deployment, and integration
• Azure fundamentals, Azure DevOps
• Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.
• Communication across multiple end users/stakeholders, team player
• Not a job hopper
Job Description Summary:
The IT Foundation & Operations (ITOF) Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio governance and performance management across IT Operations & Foundation teams and initiatives. This role supports alignment of portfolio activities with strategic objectives, facilitates prioritization of deliverables, and drives transparency through standardized reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Work with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Work on Azure DevOps stories aligned to features, communication of new capabilities/process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption
• Focus on implementing tools/processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams and guiding development and documenting standards for use by the organization
• The role requires that the individual be a consensus builder that works to align systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy and business goals
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle management, and creation/updates to test automation framework for the key Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and APIs interfacing with ServiceNow Platform
