We are looking for motivated *Service Desk Associates* to join customer support operations serving international clients across several industries.

Core Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Respond to customer inquiries and provide end-to-end assistance.
•⁠ ⁠Manage concerns involving accounts, products, orders, bookings, billing, and services.
•⁠ ⁠Provide accurate information while maintaining a professional tone.
•⁠ ⁠Resolve customer issues within established guidelines.
•⁠ ⁠Escalate cases that require specialized assistance.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records and meet performance standards.

Candidate Profile

•⁠ ⁠Senior High School graduate or higher.
•⁠ ⁠Strong English communication and comprehension.
•⁠ ⁠Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules.
•⁠ ⁠Previous BPO experience is preferred for certain programs.
•⁠ ⁠Freshers may be eligible for selected openings.
