Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: Information Technology Risk Officer UK Banking & Financial Services

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City 

Work Setup: 100% Onsite 

Shift: Shifting Schedule 

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications: College graduate 5–6 years of relevant Risk Officer experience in BPO/Shared Services Strong background in Operational Risk Management and first-line risk controls Experienced in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), operational risk events, risk assessments, and remediation plans Knowledge of compliance, security controls, and quality/operational processes Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint ⭐ Voice/Collections experience is a plus!

Key Responsibilities: Monitor operational risks and control effectiveness Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations Partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices
