• Completed at least 2 years of college

• With at least 1 year BPO experience

• Must have experience handling a voice account

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries

• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service

• Handle concerns through voice calls professionally

• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures
