NOW HIRING: INSURANCE ACCOUNT
Position: Customer Service Representative
Account: Insurance
Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000
Work Setup: ONSITE
Schedule: Shifting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior High School (SHS) graduate or
- Completed at least 2 years of college
- With at least 1 year BPO experience
- Must have experience handling a voice account
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Handle concerns through voice calls professionally
- Document customer interactions and follow established procedures
