Cognizant Taguig is urgently hiring for our Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account. If you have at least 6 months of BPO voice experience and strong English communication skills, this opportunity is for you. Earn up to PHP 24,000 package.

*Role:* CSR - Financial / Insurance Brokerage Account

*Location:* Taguig City - Onsite

*Company:* Cognizant

*Work Setup:* Onsite - Shifting Schedule

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies and brokerage services

- Provide accurate and professional support for insurance brokerage concerns

- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in policy-related documentation

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently

*Qualifications:*

- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects

- With at least 6 months BPO voice experience in any account

- With excellent English communication skills for professional client interactions

- Customer service experience in financial services or non-life insurance is an advantage

- Detail-oriented, especially in handling policy inquiries and documentation

- Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig

- Must be amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
