Role Overview:
Join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where you will provide expert support to customers regarding their insurance inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance inquiries and provide detailed information
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to insurance policies
- Maintain customer records and resolve issues promptly
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- 1+ year of BPO experience
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Strong communication skills
