Role Overview:
As an Insurance Help Desk Representative, you will assist customers by providing detailed guidance on insurance queries, claims processing, and policy management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance services
- Assist with claims filing and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- 1+ year of BPO experience
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Strong communication skills
