Required Qualifications

-Graduate or Master's Degree with 5 years in Information Technology, Computer science Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in US Healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).

- Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management activities.

- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

- Familiarity with productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

- Experience in data analytics and reporting.

- Exposure to change management.

- Experience in process automation.
