IT BUSINESS ANALYST

About the Role

Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in US Healthcare and digital transformation?

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting IT initiatives, driving business process improvements, managing stakeholders, and translating complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering-related roles.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry, preferably within a Captive/Shared Services or BPO environment, healthcare payer, provider, or health technology organisation.

- Demonstrated experience working on IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects.

- Practical knowledge and experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, senior executives, and technical teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement capabilities.

- Ability to communicate complex business and technical requirements clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.

- Familiarity with AI/ML product development and the application of agentic systems in healthcare operations.

- Experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

- Exposure to organisational change management.

- Knowledge of process automation and operational efficiency improvement initiatives.

9. Earliest possible availability or confirmation of ability to start immediately.
