We're hiring Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support a global Advertising Search Engines account.

Work Setup

Onsite – Eastwood
Shifting Schedule

Qualifications

Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply
At least Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
At least 6 months of Japanese voice account or business-level Japanese voice experience
B1 CEFR English proficiency
Must pass the Aspiring Minds (AMCAT) assessment

Preferred Qualifications

JLPT N1 or N2 certification is preferred for non-native speakers but may be waived for candidates with more than one year of Japanese voice experience
Candidates with Japanese proficiency close to N1 are also encouraged to apply, even without Japanese voice account experience
