Work Setup: Hybrid in Taguig and Mandaluyong Work Shift: Shifting schedule (depends on the assigned project) Location: Manila, Philippines

We are seeking Japanese native-level bilingual professionals to join a dynamic team supporting global operations. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your language expertise in a professional environment with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications:

Native-level Japanese speaker (speaking, reading, and writing required)

Must possess JLPT N1 or equivalent JNAT certification (proof of certification required upon application)

Strong written and oral English communication skills

Proficient in MS Windows PC operations (e.g., using Outlook for emails, MS Teams for calls, taking screenshots, copy-paste functions)

High learnability and trainability – willing to undergo 3 to 6 months of training

Professional work ethic: punctual, attention to detail, accurate and quality-focused task execution, ability to self-check work, and follow standard procedures

No technical experience required

Currently located in or willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines

Open to candidates already in the Philippines

Stable employment history (not frequent job changes with less than 1 year per role)

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain various systems/tools following standard processes

Perform data entry, retrieve information, and audit own work for accuracy

Conduct data verification and make necessary corrections

Respond to information requests, escalate issues when needed, and compile research summaries

File, archive, and retrieve electronic/paper documents

Produce standard correspondence using templates, ensuring proper formatting, grammar, and punctuation

Follow established policies, procedures, and methods

Participate in process improvements, special projects, and become a subject matter expert on assigned processes

Document new learnings and process changes in standard format

May coordinate small team tasks or serve as a resource for junior members.
