Advance your financial career as a Client Services Agent for a premium financial services account. You will manage complex inquiries regarding mutual funds, segregated funds, and wealth management products while delivering high-quality resolution to high-net-worth clients.
Qualifications:
* Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduates, or College Undergraduates/Graduates.
* Minimum of 2 years of solid call center experience.
* Experience supporting financial services (mutual funds/segregated funds) is highly preferred.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley on a fixed nightshift schedule.
