We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an L3 Application Support - Data Analyst. As the final level of application support, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, troubleshooting, and modifying code and data for applications used by end customers in production environments. This role requires expertise in programming techniques and experience in specific technology platforms, ensuring adherence to agreed service level agreement timelines. The successful candidate must be willing to report onsite at least 3 days a week in Alabang.

Location: Alabang

Work Schedule: 3 days/week onsite, morning/mid-shift

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities:

Follow Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to support system applications for end customers.

Drive continuous service improvements to eliminate or prevent incidents, problems, and enhance service quality.

Lead projects, defining tasks, project deliverables, and schedules for assigned resources.

Directly communicate with end customers for support requirements.

Act as the final level of Application Support.

Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Other degrees with extensive related experience are welcome.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in computer programming, application analysis, and troubleshooting.

Experience as a Data Analyst using SQL, Oracle, Java, Linux Terminal, and Postman.

Background in eCommerce platforms.

At least 1 year of experience in Level 2 Application Support, Incident Management, Problem, and Change Management.

Business domain processes experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in various programming languages based on project specifications.

Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative solutions.

Capability to translate user requirements into program codes.

Testing and debugging proficiency.

Ability to handle support within current user specifications.

Strong written documentation skills.

Occasional shifts and extended working hours based on project needs.

Must be willing to report onsite at the client's office in Alabang 3 days a week.
