L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer

Location: Alabang

Work Schedule: 3 days/week onsite, morning/mid-shift

Experience: 3+ years

We are currently seeking a skilled L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer to join our Delivery & Integration Service team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the successful installation and deployment of IT Europe applications in both production and non-production environments. Additionally, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement pipelines on Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps

Administer Microsoft Team Foundation

Configure and deploy applications

Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues, escalating to developers or dedicated teams as needed

Recommend improvements to deployment processes for enhanced service quality

Assist in developing deployment plans

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field

Minimum of 3 years in a Development or Deployment Engineer role

DevOps certification is a plus

Customer-oriented with strong analytical and structured thinking

Proficient in writing procedures

Ability to work independently within Delivery and Integration Service guidelines

Open to reporting onsite at least 3 times a week in Alabang

Technical Skills:

Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps Solution - CI/CD (Mandatory)

Windows Server (Mandatory)

Web application servers (Microsoft IIS) (Mandatory)

Script languages: PowerShell (Mandatory)

Nice to Have Technical Skills: Linux, AWS, Azure, Microsoft C#, Microsoft SQL, SQL Query (Basic knowledge), File transfer protocols (FTP, Shares, or any other solution)
