JOB TITLE: Lead SAP OTC Consultant

LOCATION: Parañaque City, Metro Manila
WORK SETUP: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite/Week
WORK SHIFT: Mid Shift, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
EXPERIENCE: 5–10 Years
AVAILABILITY: ASAP
SALARY: Competitive, based on experience

Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead SAP Order-to-Cash (SD & TM) Consultant to define requirements, design solutions, and provide production support across the full order-to-cash and transportation lifecycle — including configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis of business needs, feasibility studies, and solution proposals
Configure SAP SD/TM systems and manage transport requests; peer review team configurations
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and documentation
Act as liaison between users and the SAP ABAP team throughout implementation
Develop test plans, coordinate UAT/integration testing, and document results
Support Computer System Validation deliverables (Risk Assessments, URS, Data Migration Plans, Traceability Matrix, SOPs)
Manage SD/TM support queue incidents and maintenance requests per SLA
Identify and propose process, performance, and cost improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or equivalent experience
5–10 years of relevant SAP SD/OTC experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations/rollouts
Business-fluent English; strong analytical and stakeholder-engagement skills
Willing to work hybrid (3x onsite) in Parañaque City, mid-shift schedule

Domain Experience (any track)

Core & Transportation: Sales order management, delivery, billing/e-invoicing, pricing, ATP, batch/serial mgmt, returns, shipment costing, SD/TM master data, IDoc/BAPI/LSMW, Fiori, RICEFW specs. Vistex DMP, FSCM, and ABAP knowledge a plus.
Digital Solutions: Techno-functional SD skills with ABAP debugging, OData, middleware, SPROXY/SOAP.
Automation (RPA/Workato): Techno-functional SD skills with BAPI/OData/function modules.
Agile knowledge a plus, not required

Required Skills: SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Order to Cash, SAP Transportation Management, SAP Configuration, Functional Specifications, SAP Integration, SAP ABAP, UAT and Testing
