*About the Role:*

EXL Cebu is looking for Life Insurance CSRs! If you have at least 1 year of BPO voice experience, this is your chance to join a stable, global account with earnings up to PHP 23,000.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Life Insurance account

- Provide accurate information on insurance policies and address customer inquiries

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Deliver high customer satisfaction and quality service

- Comply with company policies and insurance standards

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate or 2nd Year College Undergraduate

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Available to start ASAP
